Because of our wealth of exhibiting members, you will find our range of craft quite eclectic, including traditional craftwork such as baskets, treadle machine embroidery, woodblock prints, weaving, wirework and handspuns, to contemporary wool felting, modern machine embroidery and applique.

AUSTRALIA' NATIONAL GEMSTONE

At our gallery, Craft NSW, we have a wonderful display of gold and silver jewellery, some featuring Australia's national gemstone, the opal.

ORIGINAL HANDCRAFT

Because the majority of our handcraft is one-of-a-kind and original, we do not sell directly on the internet, but in many cases we can arrange a special order. Just phone or email us and we will try to help you with your needs.

THE SOCIETY OF ARTS AND CRAFTS OF NSW

The Society of Arts and Crafts of NSW is a not for profit organisation, established in 1906 and incorporated in 1929. We have been a presence in The Rocks since the mid 1970's, first in Harrington Street and in later years, three addresses in George Street, first Telopea Gallery, then Australian Image Craft at The Rocks, and now Craft NSW.
