My inspiration for the colours in this scarf came from the beautiful range of purples and pinks in the Iresine plant. I knew shimmer of silk in would show the colours beautifully so I dyed my yarns with the Iresine in mind. The photo of my granddaughter wearing the scarf shows the Iresine in the background. Silk is a wonderful soft and gentle yarn which can be worn all year round. It adds elegance to any outfit. Treat yourself or buy as a gift.
