Miguel has been exhibiting as a Paper-cut Artist since 2008, and has exhibited in different countries such as Australia, Philippines, New Caledonia and Germany. His work is characterised by decorative and detailed cuts revealing a deep understanding of the potential of this medium.
The workshop covers the basics of Papercutting, from its
historical background around the world and in the Philippines.
It will also guide the artists in the proper handling of the blade
cutters, materials, including paper choice and how to create images through the medium. Even if you feel you are not a great drawer, you will be guided in ways to make the medium work for you.
