River Sunset - From the Murray River, South Australia. Painted on Crepe Satin using silk dyes that have been steam fixed to make fast to washing and light. Black gutta (wax resist) has been drawn on then dyes painted on using watercolour techniques.
Hemmed and hanging from wooden dowels.
Size: 53 x 150 cm
Care: Remove silk from the dowel rods and hand wash in warm water. Iron from the reverse side whilst damp. May be dry cleaned if no coloured gutta has been used. Check individual piece instructions regarding gutta.
