Vicki Lowery Weaving

 I weave in a range of fibres including silk, wool, and alpaca. I delight in trying new combinations of colours and seeing how different colours and fibre types suit different weave structures. I usually dye my own yarn, both commercial yarn and my own hand spun and enjoy experimenting with colours. I get great enjoyment from others wearing my creations.

Natural fibres, but especially silk take up colour wonderfully and the sheen and brilliance of silk make for beautiful scarves that are enjoyable to wear. 

My scarves have won a number of awards in shows including the Royal Easter Show, the Hawkesbury Show and the Castle Hill Show.
