‘Seven Petals’ pendant by Neelam Singhal.
I dyed the fabric in a Shibori method in blue and made a long bias piping. I stitched it and then I sewed it in concentric circles to make the circular shape. Using tints and tones of blue cotton embroidery yarn, I hand embroidered french knots on the circles leaving the central portion for the wooden beads petals. The necklace's double strings are made with linen Shibori dyed in blue.
