This piece began with a terracotta rayon piece of fabric and using the Shibori method I made the design before dyeing with black cotton dye. I hand embroidered around the neck in simple embroidery stitch in black cotton yarn. This comfortable rayon tabard will compliment your wardrobe for any occasion the whole year round. You can wear it to the beach over swimmers as well as to any evening outing over pants or a skirt, choice is yours.
