Originally I joined the local TAFE Spinning Class in Mudgee with a friend to see what it was all about. I soon became hooked on weaving. I am presently exploring Double Faced Twill with our Tuesday Zoom Group. I really enjoy the design process, although two of my favourite weaves are Deflected Double Weave and Echo.
Table Runner in 8/2 Cotton in Sage and Olive. Overshot as double weave.
Scarf - Point threading and treadling varying sizes. Woven in Australian Superfine Merino 2/20's. Two colours warp, Violet and weft Mauve.
Turned Twill Scarf in 2/20's Australian Superfine Merino. Warp and weft in Orange and White.
8 shaft Deflected Double Weave in Bendigo 2ply in Taupe and Magnolia with straight border
